Testimonials

Chris did an excellent job spraying our front door and would highly recommend him.

Excellent service, everything kept clean and tidy.Workmanship faultless, would definitely recommend.

Thank you Linda. Protecting a customer’s home and leaving it as I found it is part of the job, not an extra — so it means a lot when someone notices. Thanks for trusting me with the work and for taking the time to write this.

Chris transformed our front door from a tired faded door to looking brand new again. Lovely man a pleasure to deal with.

Thank you, Sue. I'm so pleased you're happy with the transformation. It's amazing what a professional respray can do for a faded composite door, and I'm delighted it now looks brand new again. It was a pleasure working for you and thank you for your lovely comments and recommendation.

Chris worked hard on my job - complete redecoration of a 3 bedroom house. He came in while I was away on holiday and I was delighted with his work and the progress he made in my absence. I also appreciated the way he costed each room - no big shocks at the end! Also the ease of payment. Thank you Chris.

Thank you so much, Jane. I really appreciate you trusting me with your home while you were away. Keeping customers updated and making sure they come home to exactly what they were expecting is something I take great pride in. I'm delighted you're pleased with the finished result and that the room-by-room pricing made everything clear from the outset. Thank you again for your kind words—it was a pleasure working for you.

Professional, flexible when problem arose with original day we had booked in due to delays in the completion of our bathrooms. Our windows were sprayed white and they were originally dark brown. They look amazing and have made the room much lighter and brighter. A brilliant finish and professional service. Thank you!

Thank you, Sam. Delays with other trades can sometimes happen, so I'm glad we were able to work around the changes and get everything completed for you. Changing your windows from dark brown to white has made a huge difference to the feel of the room, and I'm delighted you're so pleased with the finish. Thank you for your recommendation and for choosing me for your project.

Had my front door sprayed today by Chris Kerfoot. Cannot praise his work highly enough. He was very efficient and thorough. Would highly recommend him.

Thank you very much, Jean. I'm delighted you're so pleased with your front door. A period Edwardian house beautifully renovated and externally decorated to the highest standards and beyond our expectations. All done with outstanding professionalism, care and efficiency. Chris responded extremely well to all unforeseen problems. We would thoroughly recommend him.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review, Sara. It was a real pleasure working on such a beautiful Edwardian property. As with many older homes, a few unexpected issues cropped up along the way, but I'm pleased we were able to overcome them and achieve the finish you were hoping for. Thank you again for your trust and recommendation—it really does mean a lot.

Fantastic service from Chris. He’s just resprayed our internal wood doors and the finish can only be described as exceptional. I was amazed with the result and the doors look incredible. Fantastic service as well and Chris is a genuinely decent guy. I know who to come to now for any future projects! Thanks again for your stunning work and professionalism.

Thank you, Helen. I'm really pleased you're so happy with the doors. Spraying internal woodwork completely transforms a home and it's always satisfying seeing the finished result. Thank you for your kind words about both my work and professionalism. I really appreciate your recommendation and look forward to working with you again in the future.

Another great project completed by Chris. Period Edwardian house with lots of issues. Plaster cracked to brickwork, water marks on ceiling etc etc. Chris completely transformed the interior, upper landing and lower hall. Immaculate finish. Methodical, attention to detail and finish. Thoroughly recommended. Chris is quality and a decent guy to boot!

Thank you once again, David. It's always a pleasure working for you. Period properties certainly have their challenges, but bringing them back to life is incredibly rewarding. I really appreciate your continued trust and your kind comments—they mean a great deal. Looking forward to the next project!

We were really impressed by Chris’s exceptional skill level, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. His work is absolutely flawless, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to anyone looking for top-quality work. He completely transformed our old cream radiator into a stunning, rich gold finish that matches our wallpaper perfectly. The attention to detail was incredible, and the final result exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their craft and delivers exceptional results, Chris is your person!

Thank you so much, Julie. That radiator was certainly a bit different from the usual projects, but seeing it transformed into a feature piece made it well worth it. I'm delighted you're happy with the finish and really appreciate your lovely comments about my workmanship and customer service. Thank you again.

Chris has smashed it again 🤩

Delighted with the result, the finish is immaculate and looks like a brand new door. Chris was very professional, showed great attention to detail and excellent communication throughout. I would use Chris again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Thank you for your lovely review, Emma. I'm delighted you're pleased with the transformation. It's amazing what a professional respray can do instead of replacing a perfectly good garage door. Thank you for your recommendation and for choosing me for your project.

After reading his reviews and chatting to Chris on the phone, I employed him to respray a garage door (with badly flaking paint) at an empty rental property. I needed someone I could trust to do a good job in my absence as I was unable to be on site. Left keys, to allow access to the loo and coffee, and let him get on with it. He kept me informed throughout and sent photos of the finished job. The transformation is incredible.
Excellent workman who I would thoroughly recommend. Thanks Chris - sorry I didn't get to say hello in person!

Thank you, Sue. I really appreciate your trust in allowing me to complete the work while you couldn't be there. Keeping customers updated throughout the process is something I always try to do, so I'm pleased that gave you peace of mind. Thank you again for your recommendation and kind words.

Chris is not just a painter and decorator. He’s a real artisan. He not only provides an excellent service, he also knows his craft at a deeper level. He understands the materials and how they behave in any given environment; he understands their chemistry and the relative merits of paints and papers from different manufacturers. His preparation is meticulous and it shows in the finished product. I obviously recommend him for your decorating needs.
